How do I set up my profile on the website?

Go to the Sign in page, add your personal details and click ‘Create an Account’. Set up your account by adding your shipping address, password, and payment methods.

Please Note: It’s mandatory that you are over 16 years of age to register for an account at Arfa21.

 

Can I shop on Arfa21 without signing up?

Yes, you can browse and buy, but we recommend that you SIGN UP to take full advantage of Arfa21 benefits.

 

What are the benefits of having a Arfa21 account?

  • Get your own personalized home page.
    · Save your favourite design for later use for easy purchase.
    · View your previous orders and get the up-to-date tracking status of your current purchase.
    · Get early access to special discounts, coupons, and the brand’s latest launches.

 

Why can’t I login?

  • Please ensure that you have entered the correct email ID and password. · Try resetting your password HERE.
    · Try clearing cache and cookies.
    · If you get an ‘invalid user email’ message, it means you do not have an account with Arfa21 Enterprises.
    · You can SIGN UP HERE. Make sure you use the same email ID as your previous orders so that we can link them to your new account.

 

How do I track my order or how do I know my order is confirmed?

We will guide you through each process of the order and send you email updates on:

  • Order placed with details such as the order number, order summary, total cost, and shipping address.
    · Order in-production
    · Order cancellation
    · Order printed and shipped
    · Order on hold


Please note:

We rely on a global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to deliver your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking may not always be available.

Shipping time may vary depending on the products you purchase, destination, and the type of shipping chosen - standard or express. Remember, we only ship during business days, excluding national holidays.

 

 

 

 

 

Where does my order ship from?

We have an in-house production factory in the United States as well as in India. We have also contracted third-party vendors to print some of our products to perfection.

 

How is my shipping cost calculated?

We ensure that your orders arrive at your doorstep safely and without delay.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

· the choice of standard or express shipping.
· where the order is shipping to and from.
· the packaging used to ship each part of the order.
· orders containing multiple items may be printed at different facilities, adding to the shipping cost.

 

 

What are my payment options?

  • Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.
    · PayPal: available.For details, please contact their SUPPORT TEAMdirectly.

All online transactions must be linked to a billing address, so make sure you input the billing address correctly just as it appears on your credit card details.

 

 

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Items sold on Arfa21 and shipped to locations in the US, including territories, may be subject to sales tax. Based on applicable tax laws. We will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax for orders shipped to customers in the US.

 

When will my product arrive?

Most of our in-house orders print and ship within 3 to 5 business days. A few are sourced from third-party vendors and shipping those products may take up to 5 to 7 business days.

You can find the estimated delivery dates on the checkout page when placing the order. The shipping date may vary based on the shipping method you choose.

 

 

I ordered my products to be sent to the wrong address. What should I do?

You can send an email with updated address/details to support@arfa21.com and our team will make the necessary changes. Or you can just reach to our customer support team to make the necessary changes to the details.

Please Note: We will only be able to change these details till your order is in the printing stage. We might not be able to change the details for orders that are already shipped. For more information, please get in touch with our Customer Support team.

 

 

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order within 5 hours of placing the order, you will be refunded fully. After 5 hours of placing the order, cancellation charges would be applicable as follows:

In processing – 60% Refund
In production – 30% Refund
Printed and shipped – No refund (Get more info on our return policy below)

 

 

Can I return my order? Will I get a refund for the products returned?

We want you to love what you bought. So, if you aren’t completely contented with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or store credit for situations where:

  • Damaged product/goods were delivered to you
  • Print issue/wrong size/wrong colour/wrong product
  • Or, for any other defects from our end

You can file for your refund/exchange by notifying us at support@arfa21.com or reaching out to our Customer Support Team within 4 days of order delivery. To process the refund, we recommend you to share the proof of the issue with us so that we can validate the issue and take necessary actions. Once the issue is validated by our team, the refund would be credited to your bank account 

Once we start with the refund process the refund should reflect in your account within 10 working days; depending on when you applied for a refund.

 

 

Can I make changes to the product(s) that I ordered?

You can get in touch with our Customer Support team if you wish to make changes to the order that you have just placed.

Please Note: Order changes will be accepted only if the customer contacts the Customer Support team within 24 hours of placing the order. As each product on Arfa21 is unique and made to order (vs. off the rack), we might not be able to make changes to orders that have already been printed and shipped

 

 

What are my design and personalization options?

Your design and personalization options are completely up to you. You can upload any design, picture, or even text of your choice and we will get it printed for you.

 

What file type should the image be?

JPG/JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG
